Trainer

How would you like Russ to train your team personally?

If your team is not closing at least five percent of their own sphere, there is work to do. A chance to generate free business with intentional effort, and take the pressure off the team lead who is driving all the leads.

The numbers

7–8%

A good sphere closes here. They do not work the sphere, so they need a team. Most are nowhere near that.

14–16

Closings a year from a two-hundred-person sphere. One person. If it is not happening, it is lost opportunity.

140–280

Closings from a team of ten to twenty. Two thousand to four thousand people in the sphere, at seven percent. No additional cost.

How it runs

The week

Sphere of influence and lead generation.

Most lead generation dies in the follow-up. Jumpstart teaches them to add value to every person in the sphere. Every lead in the CRM gets that same treatment, sphere or generated online. The credibility they build with the sphere is the credibility a handed lead needs. The sphere comes to them, and more of the generated leads close too.

The split

75/25 on what they bring.

Leads you generate and hand over stay at 50/50. Sphere business they bring, that you help them close, is 75/25. They keep 75 percent, because they brought it.

The hire

Sphere first.

A new person starts by building their sphere, on a separate split. You teach them, train them, and help them close. Teams are not doing this. The training they already have does not bring it up.
