Russ Laggan forges custom steel knives in his workshop, builds bass guitars from raw wood, races motorcycles, flies a WWII-era P-51 Mustang, and competes in triathlons. He knows that if you overheat the steel, it becomes brittle. If you rush the sanding, the finish never shines. He brings this same craftsman's precision to corporate growth.

In real estate, that philosophy produced results nobody expected. A guy who sold concrete countertops walked into the industry in 2005, and within two and a half years was running his first office at age 34. Not because of connections. Because of results. He then led a team of 15 to recruit 1,692 agents in a single year, shattering industry benchmarks.

Today, as VP of Training at eXp Realty, author of Be Followable, and creator of the Spheramid System™, Russ helps leaders escape what he calls the "death loop" of business, where success leads to burnout, by building systems that attract talent rather than chase it.
